The Foundryborne Team generally does not recommend any specific modules.
While the system has support for the Dice so Nice module built in (due to duality rolls being very different from what Dice so Nice expects, to handle customization and roll effects), it is also not required.
The system in itself is more or less feature complete (as far as the license allows). However, if you find yourself missing a certain feature or functionality, or think some things could be done better, there exist quite a few optional modules for the system. You can browse the #module-support forum channel on the official Foundryborne Discord server or just search for Daggerheart or Foundryborne in the module installation section of the FoundryVTT backend (though some modules are only available via manual manifest installation).
Of course, if you think there is a feature that is missing or not working you can always submit a Feature Request on our Github page.
