[Feature] Collapsible Items Description in List View #198 (#225)

Browse source 
* Updated CSS and Description view in inventory

* Inventory items now have descriptions
* CSS resolved to improve visuals (Rich text issue is still unresolved)

* Fixed as per review

* Changed the line to the elements.less file
* inventory-item updated to reflect rich text issue
